Bio/other credits

Joshua Raoul Brody spends most of his time accompanying improvisational theater (BATS Improv) and makes most of his money teaching overprivileged schoolchildren. In between those extremes, he has worked with Rick & Ruby, Robin Williams, The Residents, and other acts that begin with the letter R.

He met (if “met” is the word) Christian through David Gans, with whom he (Raoul) plays Grateful Dead and Dead-adjacent music. When asked to describe himself in one word, Raoul replies “Unable to follow instructions.”

Organ and harpsichord on “Saint Lucifer”

Notes

I think it was David’s idea to ask Joshua to add pipe organ to “Saint Lucifer”, for that satanically majestic feel, but it was Joshua’s own idea to add the amazing harpsichord part on the final chorus. I think I literally laughed out loud with glee when I heard his contributions in the mix.
